http://akinabridalcouture.com.au/productportfolio/acessories/ I find brunches better than lunches on Sundays , especially when one feels lazy in the morning and doesn’t want to follow the routine. This time we decided to explore much raved Sunday brunch at Welcome Hotel Dwarka, also it was a special mother’s day brunch and being a mother I couldn’t stop myself from taking a peek at what they had to offer.
where can i buy Neurontin Hotel is roughly 25 minutes from our home and despite it being a Sunday afternoon, traffic was less than usual. We reached the hotel in time and what a splendid property it is, quite easy to locate too. The brunch is organized in Pavilion which is an open restaurant.
The spread was lavish with numerous regional and international dishes along with couple of live counters for Taco, Pan cakes, south Indian & Chinese food.
I started out with Tacos, available in shrimp, egg, chicken & veg variants. I chose chicken & egg and was asked what all I wanted to go into it. I really like the idea of customizing the food item by choosing the filling as per one’s liking. Taco was crisp, filled with fresh salsa , chicken , topped off with guacamole. It was a delight to have ! I also got a French toast made, since my daughter loves them.
Walked over to south Indian live counter and tried kunzhi paniyarams. They are light fluffy balls of dosa idli batter served with 3 chutneys. It was delicious and perfect if you are having them in breakfast. We also tasted pesarattu which is a moong dal dosa, quite an healthy option if you are diet conscious. It was served with coconut chutney.
We also tried Chicken seekh kabab served with rumali roti , dohara kabab served with naan, soya kabab, mutton galauti & hara bhara kabab served with ulte tawe ka paratha, sliced onions and green chutney.
Also how could I have not tasted dimsums & wontons? We tried veg & chicken dimsusms, I liked chicken one more because it was juicy & delicious. Wontons were amazing ! Crisp, fresh & served with sweet salsa (I am assuming). The combination was a treat for the taste buds.
On Chef Akshay’s recommendation we tried Appam with mutton & egg curry ! It was one of the best experimented indeed. Appam soaked the gravy and was so soft, better than roti/naan. Motton curry was home style which we enjoyed quite a lot. We also tasted Chole bhature, one of the most enjoyed street food in delhi, bhature fried in olive oil, had a healthy twist. They were light, non-greasy and chole were perfectly spiced.
To end the fantastic brunch we got ourselves few desserts – Mango Firni, pancake filled with cheese & fruits and also my daughter gorged on some decadent chocolate cake.
Overall I would highly recommend the Sunday brunch at welcome hotel dwarka if you are planning a fun outing with your family / loved ones. The spread is huge with over 25+ dishes/ items to choose from. I could also see bacon burgers, enchiladas, breads, soups and what not.
