Cafe public connection, a restro bar in the middle circle of Connaught Place. The concept of the restaurant is unique in its own way, there is not a single theme that the outlet has…you are welcomed by huge statues at the entrance adjacent to the lift with a chandelier and blue lighting. As soon as you step on the main floor, which is spread wide across has these different private sections with contemporary interiors, artifacts, wall cravings, chandeliers and decent lighting. Then there is dim red lighting seating at one edge and the other edge you witness cages, which forms the entry for restrooms and kitchen.
I was lucky enough to visit the outlet during the Delhi cocktail week and I tried the gorgeous innovative cocktails…

Mix of Vodka and gin with a tinge of kaffir lime topped with the orange Gatorade, was surely an energizer. The drink was presented in a gym sipper, which makes me give it extra brownie points as the drink simply lived up to its name.
Hollywood Best Actor
Perfect mix of tequila and gin topped with mango basil sorbet and lemonade presented in an Oscar styled glass was undoubtedly the showstopper drink that day.
It is the twisted version of brandy with apricot and london dry gin.. One sip of the drink and it just gets on to you.
Pita & Hummus.
The plating of the dish was sort of simple yet elegant and one look at it, raised the bars but the pita bread was disappointing as ever, the hummus topped with virgin olive oil was decent.
Chilly Cottage Cheese Cubes.
The old school chilly paneer with diced onions, tomatoes and bell pepper was presented beautifully and tasted equally good. The paneer cubes were very well marinated and sautéed in a perfect mix of Chinese spices.
Soya Seekh Kebab.
The kebabs were accompanied with mint chutney that was a blessing in disguise as the kebabs were extremely dry. This dish needs improvement especially the moisture content needs a tab.
Malai Chicken Tikka.
Loved it totally. The chicken was properly cooked and marinated.
The service of the outlet was decent, Overall an amazing experience with a few hiccups but a must visit place!!
Keep Eating … Cheers!
