Best Places in Delhi to get a Post Workout Snack

How many times have we seen people at the gym sweating it out and breaking their back (quite literally, sometimes) for months at end, only to get frustrated at the lack of progress and give up? They get back to it, of course, as a new year’s resolution the following year, but sometimes it just doesn’t work. Some lift heavier, run faster and try useless things ‘bro-science’ tells them to, everything except that one most important thing: eat right. “You are what you eat” unfortunately holds more water than we’d like it to.

There could be various reasons for it. From being generally ignorant about what to eat, to a simple lack of will to make the extra effort, we’re all sort of guilty of not going all the way. So before you lose your marbles fretting over what to eat post a solid workout session, here we give you a list of places you can go to for that healthy, wholesome meal.
