Review & Experience – Warehouse Cafe – Gurgaon

Where can you find more than 365 dishes at one place in Gurgaon- A wide spread menu of soups, appetisers, salads, pastas, pizzas, main course and desserts welcomes you at this rustic styled Warehouse Café.

This popular café of Connaught place has made its mark in Sector 29 Gurgaon by offering not just a huge spread of menu but a peppy and lively ambiance. Warehouse is a place, I would love to go on a Friday night with my bunch of friends to chat over couple of drinks while enjoying the legendary music or even dance to the tunes of House DJ.

We ordered couple of starters- Spinach mushroom Dim sums, Paneer 65, Chicken BBQ strips, Veg Platter, Non Veg Platter, and Chilly Coriander Fish. The quantity and presentation of the dishes was superb.

Few of my favorites –

Khow Suey Soup

One of the most flavourful and deliciously presented soups I have had in a long time. It was presented in a huge bowl accompanied with burnt garlic, coriander, roasted nuts, green chillies and caramelised onions.

Chicken Dim sums

Chicken Dim sums

Neatly presented in a wooden basket accompanied with three dips was a decent appetizer to start with.

Phuket Paneer

Phuket Paneer

Now, this is innovative, we all have had Chilly Paneer but this one was huge slices of paneer done in a very spicy garlic based sauce giving it that striking flavour.

Mushroom Duplex

Baked mushroom caps with cheese stuffing inside was another delicacy of the night. The garlic mayo complemented the dish well.

Penne With Tomato Vodka

Penne with Tomato Vodka

Preparing a vodka pasta is a challenge, as the amount of vodka, can play with the taste very easily but gladly it was not the case with this dish. The ratio of tomato sauces, exotic veggies, penne and vodka was in sync and tasted well.

Pepper Corn Cheese Roll

The regular spring rolls, but the stuffing of molten cheese, corns and a hint of pepper accompanied with a sweet chilly dip did wonders to its taste.

We had an extremely sweet ending to our meal, courtesy the delectable dessert menu.

Bhains Ki Aankh

Bhains Ki Aankh

The name was attractive enough to taste this one and guess what our imagination went for a toss when we saw a brownie and vanilla ice cream in front of us.

Gulab Jamun

Gulab Jamun

Every Punjabi meal is supposed to end with this soft and spongy dessert and so did ours.

We definitely had a superb time and so will you. Book your table and head out to warehouse today…!!
